Brive Book Fair

Viet Thanh Nguyen will be speaking at the Foire Du Livre De Brive (Brive Book Fair) Saturday, November 6th with Nina Bouraoui and David Diop.

A major event for literary life in France, the Brive Book Fair takes place on November 5, 6, 7, 2021. This year, the Fair is set up on two sites: Hall Brassens for literature and Espace des 3 provinces for comics and children’s literature. The greenway that crosses Brive from east to west, connecting the two sites on foot in less than 10 minutes.

The two poles of the event, like all the other rooms in which meetings, shows or screenings take place, are accessible on presentation of the health pass. A stamp system on the hand will prevent you from showing your pass each time you enter a new location.

A few days before the proclamation of the Grand Prix d’Automne, the event welcomes the authors of the literary re-entry and offers a rich program of meetings, forums and readings.

The Brive Book Fair is organized by the City of Brive with the help of partner booksellers, the support of loyal private partners, the support of the National Book Center (Ministry of Culture and Communication), of the New Region Aquitaine, the Department of Corrèze and many media.
