Viet Nguyen Presents Speech at Tsinghua University

From June 7th to 9th, the first Symposium on “Transnational American Studies: Theory and Practice” was held at Tsinghua Science Park. Viet Nguyen presented a speech, “Toward a Model of Transpacific Studies,” at the plenary session. This is the first attempt made by scholars from China and the US to integrate American Studies and American Literature Studies.
